the instructions to assemble were terrible and came with extra parts...??This ottoman is exactly like it is purchased. I love it. I've been using it with the legs off and it's the perfect height. I can't leave it in front of my chair all the time. I move it off to the side when not in use. It's light weight and moves easily. I'm not currently using it for storage.Love it...my son was very happyThe part of the handle with the cushion came broken, with no access to fix it. Would have been an easy fix though if I could access the screw. It is also a pain to disassemble and a pain to return, but it’s a bit expensive to just suck it up and keep the broken chair. Sadly, this is a huge headache and I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to glue the handle down.Metal pieces didn't line up properly. Missing screws and shelf is more like floating than secure. Plus... If you write a negative review you are asked to revise it. Product held for a week at a location. Why send an email saying it shipped if a different company holds the product. Hopefully the chair is better quality. Sadly, that too is being held with very limited shipping details.I just received this product today and found it very easy to assemble. It took me roughly 20 minutes to put together and was quite simple, though I have put together several of these types of chairs before. The instructions were easy to follow and all parts were included.I am 5'7" and weigh about 200 lbs and am finding this chair to be the right size for me. Some reviewers have mentioned that this chair is too small. It is smaller than my last chair - however - I find that it supports my back MUCH better than the last chair I had. The seat was too long on my last one, causing me to slouch and also sit in weird positions to be more comfortable, and I believe that is causing my lower back pain.If you are looking for a really big, serta memory foam fancy executive chair, then look elsewhere...those are going to cost you a few hundred dollars no matter what. If you're looking for a sturdy, firmer chair with better support for your body, then it is my opinion that this chair is one to consider. The price point is great for the quality of the chair and overall, even though I have only been sitting in this for a few minutes, I am satisfied thus far with my purchase!
